Do the properties allow service dogs?
I think some may; some are definitely pet friendly, service dog or otherwise. I would contact the office and ask. They're very responsive and nice people.
Is there some place to park a vehicle that can’t drive on the 4x4 beach
Yes. There is parking nearby the rental office.
Can someone clarify this, are there beach parking passes for rentors to use while staying up on the 4X4 beach? If so how many. We are renting from Twiddy.
You don't need a pass to go on the beach but you need one to park on the beach. If you rent a home in the 4x4 area, you receive 2 parking passes for the beach. You don't need them to park at the home though.
What is the earliest access
The earliest we could get into the house was 4pm. Some of our crowd came in early morning and hit heavy traffic. Some came in late, around 8 pm and the traffic was light.
I tried to get early check in and was told limited number of early check ins. My reservation dates are 8/30 to 9/6/20. I called on 7/30/20 a whole month out, plus this is a Sunday check in.
I think they are limiting the number of people in the office also the cleaning / resetting of the houses is taking longer due to precautions
Any idea when pricing comes out for Dune Crest for 2020? Also are there any ceiling fans? Thanks.
Every house I've been in head ceiling fans. Check the property listing. And check for the pricing grid as well.
Do i call their rental number to ask for the cleaning service jobs?

I am scheduled to check in Saturday Sept 15. If the outer banks and house isn't accessible due to weather. can i change my week to the following week? I checked and as of right now the house is open for that week of the 22nd.
We would have to get permission from the home owner, assuming all other variables (access, home condition, area safety, etc) exist it could be possible. Good thinking, and we are hoping that to be true.
Can you swim in pool at whale head while you wait to check in
Certain community pools allow this. Unfortunately the subdivision of whalehead does not have a community pool. Besides cleaning the home on turnover day there are number vendors that also get the pool and hot tub ready. However, the good news is the beach looks absolutely wonderful right now. Enjoy a nice dip in the Atlantic while we work hard to get your home ready. Thank you and we look forward to hosting your vacation.
